Oblivion character mods

I dunno if I'll spend a lot of time on a guide since nobody even posts Oblivion characters but it can be a link dump for now. It will cover race, hair, and possibly texture mods. If(when) you get googly eyes don't ask me for help. I can't fix that black magic, nope.

Screenshot mods

• Actors Emotions - Facial expressions.
• Actors In Emotions - Same as above.
• EDialog - You can fully control facial expressions with this mod and it has some other features.

Race mods

Hair mods:

• MBP++ - Make sure you install the MBP Full from the description or most of this mod won't work properly. There's also x117(this is how much bigger the head mesh is) version if you're playing as a loli. MBP has a vast majority of hair mods included in it.
• SKS Ren Hair - This may be all of them but I'm not sure, would be nice if someone could let me know in a comment if it isn't.
• Hepsy - Has lots of hairs on their site.
• FumuFumo(Hairguy)'s Sims ports - New and old links. These ports were the best.
• CCC - Has a huge amount of hairs and his blog's got some other hair mods too. Password is "undersunandsky" but the file seems down.
• Throttlekitty's Hair Pack
• Male Hair Mod

Use this to change your hairs rather than showracemenu and .esp/.esm's. There may be more hair mods out there but this is a vast majority of them.

2ch mods:

• MPB++ - Read the install instructions to get it working together. It's a compilation of mostly every Japanese race mod.
• x117++ - Loli version of the above mod. x1.17 is the scale to which all helmets and hairs should be adjusted(via nifskope) to fit the bobble-headed lolis.
• x117 Rabbit Race - Nightmare fuel.

Tesnexus mods:

• Xenius Race Compilation 
• Warcraft Elves
• DK High Imperials 
• Moonshadow Elves
• Playable Goblins - All you need, really.
• The Synx
• Aquamer Race
• Idkrrr's mods 
• Kaleen Race
• Diablo Elf 6 in 1 - These were the only good thing about Xeo in my opinion.
• CapsAdmin's mods 
• Throttlekitty's mods - Race resources mainly.

Some of these races mods are included in MBP++ but I thought I'd list them anyway.

Lovers Lab mods:

• Modified FF Race - A race made from I believe a Final Fantasy 13 head mesh, it used to be really buggy but it seems to work well now. 
• Evy Vindictus race 

4chan:

• Sylvari Race - Definitely the best waifu mod. - Haishao
• The 'Uguu' Compilation - Probably the worst waifu mod btw. - Eiries
• Yams Ningyo and Fiona Dollies - Fuel for nightmares. -Yams
• Pinky and Fussly saves - The best waifufags.
• "Princess Melissa" - Has an edited DK Imperial face texture. -Shorty
• Yukiko - Game save and edited race I believe.-Shayaryn
