Anon has been raving about his mod for months now and here it finally is.

Installation is very simple. 
  • 1. Install PeterBitt's Morrowind Watercolored V2. (The V2 stands for a filter run after the watercolor to correct levels) 
  • 2. Install each numbered Lucas' Morrowind Watercolored file, in order. 
  • 3. Install updates in order.
