Just install them in this order, it's pretty simple at the basic level.
ENB - Get the latest one.
Watercolor for ENB and Realistic Water Two - Watercolor mod
Water stuff - Amanassi's edit's, looks good.
Some misc
Amanassi Water link, might be outdated.
Hit shift+enter in-game to customize the ENB settings in real-time. I prefer the green water from Amanassi's pack.
There are other water textures but they're outdated now that parallax water is a thing, RWT looks the best.
